The Yes / No / Maybe list for couples, without the awkwardness
A Yes / No / Maybe list is a simple way for couples to find out what they'd both like to try, from date ideas to more intimate ones, without anyone having to ask out loud.
How it works
Each partner goes through the same list on their own and marks every item yes, no or maybe. Then you compare, and only the overlaps matter: the things you both said yes to, and the yes-and-maybe pairs worth talking about.
Why do it privately
Comparing paper lists means seeing each other's no's, which can sting. Done privately, a no simply disappears. Nobody is turned down and nobody feels pressured.
Keep it kind
- Maybe means maybe. Talk first, and go slowly.
- Either of you can change an answer at any time.
- A match is an invitation, not an obligation.
Try it in Tonight
Tonight's list has 72 ideas in six themes, from date nights and romance to playful, closeness and spicy. You each answer on your own phone. Matches appear the moment you both say yes, and a no is never shown to anyone.
