Last updated 8 October 2026. Tonight is run by NexusLayer (hello@nexuslayer.eu).

What we store

A random account ID. No name, email or password is needed.
What you enter in Tonight (your moods, answers and plans), and the first name you choose to show your partner.
If you pair, which account is paired with yours.
How much of the free plan you used this month.
If you buy Pro: a payment reference from Stripe or Google Play, and the email address Stripe gives us.

Your partner sees the plan and the Yes / No / Maybe items you both said yes or maybe to. Your mood and your other answers are never shown to them.

To write plans, the relevant details are sent to an AI model provider (OpenAI or Google) through our own server. They are not used to identify you.

No advertising, no tracking cookies, no selling data.

Open the account menu, choose "Open on another device", then "Delete my account". Everything stored for your account is removed immediately.
